Manitoba Communicators of the Year Award
The CPRS Manitoba Communicators of the Year Award is the most prestigious public relations and communications award in the province, celebrating innovation, resourcefulness and creativity. The MCOY award honours individuals and organizations whose work in public relations or communications has had a significant impact in six categories:
- Communicator of the Year
- Emerging Communications Leader
- Mentor of the Year
- Outstanding Contribution – Reconciliation, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Outstanding Contribution – Engagement
- Outstanding Contribution – Change Management
National Awards
The annual CPRS National Awards of Excellence recognize and reward outstanding public relations programs and projects across the country. The awards are exclusive to CPRS members and are a tremendous source for profile and prestige for individuals and teams as they showcase Canada’s best public relations talent at work.
Scholarships
CPRS Manitoba offers two $500 scholarships to outstanding students in full-time public relations programs in the province who are CPRS members. CPRS Manitoba developed the awards to recognize the highest academic achievement in the Creative Communications Program at Red River College and the Professional, Applied and Continuing Education (PACE) program at The University of Winnipeg.
