As CEO of LeBlanc (&co) Communications, Kathryn has supported campaigns that helped secure more than $1 billion for childcare across Canada and $100 million for 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Kathryn was recognized for her sustained leadership, ethical practice, and contributions to the field.
