Cancellation Policy

We value your continued attendance at our events, and we try to accommodate cancellations in extenuating circumstances, understanding that your schedules require some flexibility as public relations professionals, students, and community leaders.

As we continue to meet your professional development, networking, and other membership needs, we wish to inform you that we will be implementing a ticket cancellation policy, effective October 20, 2016.

Our focus is on offering the best programming available, and as a not-for-profit organization, we can no longer offer full or partial refunds without sufficient notice.

Please be aware of the following terms:

  • In the event of a ticket cancellation up to one week prior to a Canadian Public Relations Society (Manitoba) event, a full (100%) refund will be issued granted that full (100%) payment, tax included, has been received in advance.
  • In the event of a ticket cancellation at least one but fewer than seven days prior to a Canadian Public Relations Society (Manitoba) event, a partial (50%) refund will be issued granted that full (100%) payment, tax included, has been received in advance.
  • In the event of a ticket cancellation fewer than 24 hours prior to a Canadian Public Relations Society (Manitoba) event, no (0%) refund will be issued.

Note: If full (100%) payment, tax included, has not been received in advance, the cancelled ticket holder will be invoiced accordingly.
